Refund and Cancellation Policy

All purchases, subscriptions, and memberships made through Grassberry Services Private Limited (“Grassberry”) are final and strictly non-refundable. By availing any service, users expressly agree that no refunds, reversals, or credits shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-usage, partial usage, change of mind, or dissatisfaction.

Users may cancel their membership at any time; however, such cancellation shall only apply to future billing cycles and shall not entitle the user to any refund for the ongoing or previously billed period. Access to Grassberry services will continue until the expiry of the active subscription term.

Grassberry acts solely as an intermediary providing access to third-party partner offerings. Any claims, disputes, or issues relating to such partner services must be addressed directly with the respective partner, and any refunds shall be governed exclusively by the partner’s policies.

Notwithstanding the above, any exception to this policy shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Grassberry. Continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
