These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("you," "user") and Grassberry Services Private Limited ("Grassberry," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile site, platform, or any content, features, services, or tools made available by us (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site. Grassberry Services Private Limited oversees the full operation of the Grassberry brand. All customer service-related disputes, inquiries, and grievance redressals are handled exclusively by the brand. Grassberry is responsible for employee verification, secure redirection to merchant platforms, and delivering an effortless, seamless shopping experience for verified users.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCESS

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and are fully capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 1,000.
